BACKGROUND

A while ago, I was approached by one of my favourite photographer's Yolande Marx to step in as her second for a very special wedding celebration of the gorgeous international model Katryn Kruger. What followed was the start of assisting on Katryn's brand shoot for her website & blog and later becoming friends outside of work.

When Katryn approached me in 2018 to document herself, hubby and the newest addition to their family - Kenzie, the Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, I could not contain my excitement.

The Kies clan are the epitome of style. class and down to earth human beings. The moment you set foot in their home, you feel welcome and apart of their inner circle. Cilliers with his reserved nature and Katyn, always laughing and making coffee, perfectly compliment each other and the love they share for animals are infectious. These humans have a very special place in my heart;
