BACKGROUND

JP and Wilhelmina (Willa) met as guests at a mutual friend's wedding, but they were dating other people.

A few months later the stars aligned when they were both newly single and found each other and the rest, as they say, is history.

They share a love for sushi dates, good wine and evenings next to their fireplace with their two Basset puppies. JP also loves to spoil Willa with delicious slow cooker dinners at home when she has to work late. Stellenbosch is a special place for them - they both lived here and had their first date in this beautiful town. This led us to plan an adventurous forest engagement session in the beautiful Eden forest. The hope was to capture the gorgeous Stellenbosch mountains as the backdrop, but we were surprised on the day with the most epic misty scenes unfolding in the forest.
